A vaccine brand’s medical affairs team needed support aligning their prelaunch strategy across internal stakeholders and building their scientific narrative to inform content development.
We developed a strategic planning framework, first running a cross-functional workshop that led stakeholders through a series of customized exercises to develop a forward-looking plan. Outputs were then developed, vetted, and cross-referenced by the extended Virgo/Client Medical team as the next milestones were determined.
The outputs generated from these workshops then informed our next task: refining and developing the scientific narrative for a variety of audiences. This storytelling workshop defined key messages for each target audience and developed a customized narrative for each audience group.
