New hires and global new business wins drive London’s specialist expertise

Virgo Health announces three great new hires following significant global new business wins and to bolster its global specialist footprint out of London.

Sarah Gordon brings her global expertise as executive director, formerly holding roles at Ogilvy where she led an integrated agency team working across public relations, medical education and advertising. She has extensive experience managing global accounts for pharma clients and winning a Cannes Silver Lion in 2016 for her congress work. With a particular niche and passion for scientific strategy and storytelling, Sarah will be leading Virgo Health’s portfolio of integrated global business.

Erin Hamid joins from BCW as director and brings with her a wealth of global experience.  She has led global accounts across a wide range of therapeutic areas including CNS, chronic conditions, dermatology, hematology, HIV, oncology, rare disease and respiratory conditions. Erin brings her expertise in drug launches into competitive markets in the US, EU and Asia, collaborating with leading pharmaceutical industry thought leaders and medical professionals.

Farah Dalwai PhD, also joins the team to lead the growing scientific services team of PhD qualified experts with deep academic, clinical industry and agency experience across medical education, PR and advertising.  She has worked on a wide variety of therapy areas including specialist expertise in Oncology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Fertility and Obstetrics. While newly-promoted executive director, creative services, Paul Andrews continues to develop Virgo’s creative studio to bring clients the best of what you would expect from a specialist healthcare agency – responsible, life-changing and code compliant content – with what you would expect from the biggest consumer agencies – trend setting, controversial and bold.
